Totsuka Saika (戸塚 彩加) is one of the side characters in Oregairu. He is portrayed by Komatsu Mikako in the anime.
Personality[]
His personality is quite feminine as shown greatly in the anime, he often finds him self embarrased and drawn into cute situations, especially when around Hikigaya, he also cares greatly for his friends. It's speculated by fans that he has a crush on Hikigaya as he seems to always blush or get over excited when situations include him.
